2004-2005 Season: Ghostlight Forums
When the theatre is not in performance, we say the theatre is "dark." It is theatre tradition to put a single light bulb on a tall stand in the middle of the stage to "keep the ghosts away." This also lights the stage just enough to prevent a lost actor from falling off the stage and into the orchestra pit.
Ghostlight Forums are called this because we hold them on our “dark” nights—Mondays. By the glow of the ghostlight, you’ll learn all the inner workings of the current production! Ghostlight Forum is a presentation and panel discussion about the artistic process behind every Rep production. Forums are held on selected Monday evenings at 7:00pm.
Admission is FREE. Reservation required at 408-367-7255 or boxoffice@sjrep.com. Seating is limited and subject to availability.
