Ticket Exchanges

	NOTE: Online exchange requests must be made 4 hours prior to either the performance time on your ticket or the performance you wish to exchange into, whichever comes first.

Exchanges are made on a first-come, first-served, seat available basis for the same production only. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets to be exchanged must reach the Box Office at 101 Paseo de San Antonio at least one hour before your scheduled performance time (so they can be resold). NOTE: Only subscribers may exchange tickets.

You may exchange your tickets for an equally or lower priced ticket without an exchange fee. An upgrade fee becomes payable if you opt to exchange into a higher-priced seat. To determine your exchange fee, simply use the exchange chart below. When changing to a lower priced seat/performance, refunds are not available.
