Customer Service: Parking

The theater is located at 101 Paseo de San Antonio in downtown San Jose between South 2nd & 3rd streets and San Carlos & San Fernando streets. There are several conveniently located parking garages and lots near the theater. There is also metered street parking. Because we are not a retail operation, we do not qualify for the parking validation program.

Please remember to arrive early for performances to allow time for parking. Downtown San Jose is quite busy, particularly during the holiday season. Parking structures can fill up quickly.

The downtown San Jose city lots charge a $3 flat fee for parking after 6 p.m. Privately-owned lots may charge different fees.

San Jose Mariachi Festival - Feria Del Mariachi

The following streets will close Saturday, September 26 at 4:00 p.m. and will re-open Monday, September 28, 2009 by 1:00 a.m.:
• San Fernando Street between Market Street and Almaden Boulevard.
• Market Street between San Fernando and San Carlos streets.

Parking at The 88 is now open!

The parking garage under The 88 high-rise, located next door to the theater, is now open for public use. The charge is a $5 flat rate after 6:00 p.m. and on weekends. Conveniently located next door to San Jose Rep, it's just a short walk across the Hawgs' flat parking lot.
