How-to Redeem Your Passes

You redeem your passes through the San Jose Rep Box Office.

1.  Call us by phone at 408.367.7255.
2.  Fax a copy of the pass with your requested date and time to 408.367.7236.
3.  Come to the Box Office window at 101 Paseo de San Antonio and exchange your passes in person.

Please redeem your Flex Passes no later than one hour before your chosen performance. (Note: 2009-2010 Flex Passes must be redeemed before June 6, 2010.)
