Opening Nights
Join us for what has become a smash hit, the opening night Afters! party. Experience the thrill of opening night and then mingle with the cast, crew and fellow theatre lovers while sipping complimentary beverages and nibbling on gourmet bakes goods on the first Wednesday performance of each play.
Regular 7-Play Season
Regular performances begin after the official Opening Night of each play. Choose from a selection of days and times from Tuesday through Sunday afternoon.
Previews
Adventurous spirits looking for the biggest savings will find Previews the perfect choice. Beat the critics to the show while the director is still making final tweaks before Opening Night. You save money and still experience extraordinary theatre.
ASL Interpreted Series
Accessible performances for our Deaf and hearing-impaired subscribers are offered on the final Saturday matinee during the run of each show.
Creative Playshops Series for kids
We believe theatre should be a family affair. You enjoy the main-stage productions while your children, ages 6-12, participate in workshops that explore the themes of the show. (Every Playshop Series must be accompanied by a regular Saturday matinee Series.)
Student Packages
Full-time students of any age can purchase a student series for an incredible 50% off a regular subscription. A current and valid student ID is required.
Design-Your-Own Season Packages
DYO packages allow you to mix-and-match show times and seating sections to create a custom package. Plus, enjoy all season ticket holder benefits for ultimate flexibility and savings.
Subscriber Benefits
Greater Savings: You save up to 20% off the price of regular tickets.
Guaranteed Seating: You receive the highest seating priority. Each year. renewing season ticket holders are seated first, before new season ticket holders and before single tickets are sold.
Free Ticket Exchanges: San Jose Rep has the most liberal exchange policy in the Bay Area. You can exchange your tickets up to one hour before a performance. (You only pay when moving to a more expensive perfromance.) And, if you miss a performance, you can replace your ticket to another performance for only $15.
Bring a Friend Discount: The more the merrier! You receive $6 off the purchase of each single ticket, plus, season ticket holderts never pay handling fees on single tickets. That's a total savings of $11 per ticket.
